  • Cook mushier foods, those that need far less chewing

How to kickstart a good dental health routine for your baby?

As soon as the first tooth comes out, you can begin caring for the child’s gums by cleaning it. Wipe the gums using a damp, clean gauze of face washer 2 times a day. As soon as the other teeth show up, clean day 2 times a day as well. You can also use a soft toothbrush which is made especially for kids under 2 years old.
